In Greek mythology, the Titans
were a powerful race, descendants from other gods and highly
regarded for their strength and reliability.
This is exactly why we choose
the name Titan Tenders. Our boats are made of the best and
lightest available marine grade aluminium alloy and all designs
allow for performance, comfort and user friendly operation.
Titan Tenders is an initiative
of Peter Folkers, well known as a subcontractor in the Dutch
yacht building industry. His company’s main activities
concentrate on alloy constructions and yacht systems. Over the
years, Peter was involved in the building of a large number of
Super Yachts and frequently experienced the difficulties of
choosing the right tender and creating it’s place in the yacht
or on deck. Peter thought; I can do better!
In 2009 a start was made in
designing a limousine tender and soon after a sports tender was
created. Both models have been extensively studied by the
renowned Dutch naval architect Seahorse Naval Architects. This
assures that the indicated weights, performances and
constructions are not just a promise but reality. With the help
of Joost Kleiss, formerly managing director of Seahorse Yacht
Tenders, the standard specifications were written.

Our key word is:
Flexibility.
Based on experience, we know
that every client or captain has his own ideas about tenders. We
can offer to build our models in any size between 6.5 and 8.5
meter. We are not depending on moulds and can vary on length,
height, weight and propulsion systems. Virtually anything is
possible.
We gladly assist you in the
development and construction of your customized aluminium tender
including it’s hoisting and storing system. As an option we can
build your tender to be MCA compliant as a rescue boat.
